Rates & Policies

Payment Policies:

  • Bills are mailed out on the 1st (if you have not received a bill by the 5th, call the office)
  • Bills are due 20th they have to be in the office or postmarked by that day
  • Late fees are added on the 21st and late bills are sent out
  • Water is disconnected 10 days after the late notices go out on accounts with a balance

 The New Rates below were implemented starting January 1, 2021. 

New Meter Installation:   $2200.00 (includes $100 Membership Fee) Additional fees may apply

Membership per Meter:   $100.00

Late Charge:                  $20.00 (this is added on the 21st if full payment is not received)

Return Check:                $35.00

Reconnection Fee:          $60.00 (reconnecting water previously turned off for lack of payment)

Reinstall Meter Fee:        $100.00 (reinstalling service to a water account that had been inactive)

Processing Fee:              $45.00 (for transferring a membership to a new land owner)


Meter Rates based on meter size:

Minimum Monthly base rate- 3/4 inch meter:    $27.00

Minimum Monthly base rate- 1 1/2 inch meter:  $67.00

Minimum Monthly base rate- 2 inch meter:        $107.00
